    Why does it hurt? Initially putting it on hurt my hand. My thumb was sore the next day

    Yes! I first started with a bracelet on my right wrist then my left wrist then I started with a permanent chain on my left ankle and then on my right ankle and just started adding. i’ve been wearing bracelets for almost 15 years on my wrists. I was too shy to wear ankle jewelry initially.

    I remember you had a flat ankle bracelet on your left foot, did you take it off?

    Yes, I liked it, but it wasn’t nearly as sturdy as the round one. I am looking for some thing more heavier weighted that could be made permanent, which this one could be pulled apart, if tried hard enough. I also thought it didn’t look nearly as bold as I was hoping. Which one do you think looks better?

    Each link made from rebar had the openings machined. One side was left closed the other was opened(cut) and the  re-welded. Each link is basically welded closed once attached to the next. I initially had a carabiner as a closing mechanism. However, after my anklet came off twice in my sleep i decided to make it permanent by having it welded closed. I have worn it now for 8 years or so….

    I wear my ankle bracelets more as a jewelry item instead of anything else I just prefer chunky jewelry with a bald look I have never worn any chains. I like the feel of it.

    I hope I understand the question properly! My hands feel strange without wearing my bracelets and the same goes for my feet as I have calluses on both now and it feels weird not wearing them
